and Neil Fanous, Head Chef, are the proprietors of one
of Torquay’s most prestigious restaurants. Husband
and wife team Neil and Justyna Fanous opened Ocean
Brasserie in July 2004. The menu shows a strong bias
towards sea food, however, vegetarians and meat eaters
are also catered for. Neil and Justyna have a combined
25 years experience in some of Europe ’s finest
restaurants, including Rick Stein’s seafood restaurant,
Padstowe, Keith Floyd’s Floyds
Inn at Tuckenhay, the Riverside Restaurant at West Bay
, as well as several well known restaurants in France
. The unpretentious style of the restaurant allows customers
to enjoy the higheststandard of food and wine in a pleasant,
relaxed and informal environment. Whether you would
